Xoogler Ventures serves as the investment arm of the Xoogler.co community, deploying capital into early-stage companies. It manages dedicated funds and a syndicate of over 2,000 member investors. This structure efficiently channels the financial resources and industry expertise of former Google employees to develop and scale promising new ventures across diverse sectors.

The Xoogler.co community began in 2015, founded by Christopher Fong. Xoogler Ventures emerged from the insight that former Googlers had the capacity and desire to invest in and mentor nascent companies. Kushagra Shrivastava, a Co-Founder, played a key role in formalizing this arm, leveraging the network's collective entrepreneurial drive and extensive professional experience.

Xoogler Ventures primarily backs startups with a Google alumnus co-founder holding substantial equity, offering crucial funding and access to experienced operators. Its long-term vision extends Google’s innovative and entrepreneurial culture, empowering alumni to profoundly influence the next generation of technology companies through strategic capital and mentorship.
