Michael Neril is the Founder and Managing Partner at Spider Capital, a seed-stage investment firm based in San Francisco, United States. Prior to this role, he partnered with Maynard Webb in 2010 to launch the Webb Investment Network, where he helped execute nearly fifty technology investments resulting in exits such as Mailgun to Rackspace and Rypple to Salesforce. His entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Ooreka, which was subsequently acquired by LiveOps, where he later led business development and incubated the LiveWork platform. Earlier in his career, Neril worked in investment banking at the ING Barings Technology Group and served on the founding team of Seven Hills Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University. Neril leverages nearly fifteen years of operational and financial experience to focus on early-stage technology investments across diverse sectors.
