Fly Ventures is a venture capital firm based in Berlin, Germany, that provides initial investments to seed-stage European startups focused on the enterprise and deep tech sectors. The boutique firm typically writes checks ranging from €1 million to €4 million for funding rounds between €2 million and €10 million. In December 2024, the organization launched an oversubscribed €80 million Fund III, following its previous €53 million Fund II raised in 2020. Operating across European tech hubs including London, Paris, and Zurich, the firm is managed by a team of partners that includes Matt Wichrowski and Marie Brayer. Having invested in over 50 early-stage companies to date, the firm targets technical talent building solutions in artificial intelligence, financial technology, health tech, robotics, and climate technology.
