(KBIC), a Seoul-based venture capital and private equity firm, is led by CEO & President Jong Kim and COO & Senior Executive VP Lee Jong Sin, with Managing Directors Cheol Ho Han and Jang Jung Hoon also playing key roles. As a subsidiary of KB Financial Group, KBIC invests in startups and companies offering innovative technology, services, and entrepreneurship across Asia. The firm provides active support to its portfolio companies in strategy, operations, and governance, notably investing in later-stage VC for Mighty Jaxx in March 2022.
