Forestay Capital is a venture capital firm based in Geneva, Switzerland, that invests in early and growth-stage enterprise technology and artificial intelligence companies across Europe, Israel, and the United States. Operating with a team of 1 to 10 employees, the firm typically writes initial checks ranging from $10 million to $20 million for B2B software startups reaching growth inflection points. In July 2024, the firm closed its Forestay Capital II fund with $220 million in capital commitments to continue its focus on the enterprise AI sector. As part of the B-FLEXION investment group, which manages over $90 billion in assets, the firm has completed 22 investments and two exits, backing notable portfolio companies such as Scandit, Nexthink, Wasabi, and Neural Concept. Forestay Capital was founded in 2017 by former Merck executive Frederic Wohlwend.
