Brian Ma

Brian Ma is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Iterative Capital and Co-Founder of Divvy Homes, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. At Iterative Capital, a Southeast Asia-focused venture fund and accelerator, he helped close a $55 million second fund in November 2022. He previously built Divvy Homes into a real estate technology unicorn that reached a $2 billion valuation following a $200 million Series D, securing backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, and Max Levchin. His earlier entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding the Y Combinator-backed startup Weave and the e-commerce price prediction platform Decide.com, which was acquired by eBay. Before launching these startups, he held product and engineering roles at Zillow and Microsoft after earning a computer science degree from the University of Washington. Ma currently focuses on early-stage venture capital investments across the fintech and proptech sectors.
