Impact46 is a Riyadh, Saudi Arabia-based CMA-authorized asset management firm specializing in alternative investments, including venture capital and private equity across the MENA region. The firm invests from seed stage to mature businesses, primarily in tech startups within fintech, SaaS, platforms, and cybersecurity. Since 2019, Impact46 has deployed over SAR 650 million into more than 35 startups, achieving 5+ exits, notably Jahez's IPO, with its Seed Fund (2019) appreciating 3.6x and Growth Fund (2021) 1.9x. In 2023, it launched Fund III, targeting SAR 500 million ($133 million), and in 2024, was appointed to manage $120 million in venture funds for the Saudi National Development Fund and Social Development Bank. Key portfolio companies include COGNNA and Rasan, with Founding Partner & CEO Abdulaziz Alomran and Vice Chairman Basmah Alsinaidi among its leadership. Impact46 was founded in 2019 by Abdulaziz Alomran.
