HESTA

HESTA is an Australian industry superannuation fund providing retirement savings and investment services to workers in the health and community services sectors, based in Melbourne, Victoria. The fund manages approximately $68 billion in funds under management for its 950,000 members, 80% of whom are women, across over 90,000 employers. HESTA operates with a focus on investment excellence and responsible practices, notably removing all tobacco investments from its portfolios in 2013 and divesting its stake in Transfield Services in 2015 due to human rights concerns.
