Heritas Capital is a Singapore-based private equity and venture capital firm that invests in innovative companies across healthcare, education, environment, and technology sectors globally. The firm manages assets exceeding $250 million and generated approximately $5.2 million in revenue with fewer than 25 employees. Operating under a philosophy of "invest with purpose, impact across generations," Heritas focuses on backing deep-tech and impact-oriented ventures that drive inclusive growth. Its Asia Impact First Fund, designed to support high-growth social enterprises, achieved a first close of over USD 20 million in March 2023 with DBS as an anchor investor. Other associated partners and investors include the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, Tsao Family Office, and BAce Capital. Heritas Capital was established in 1997 as the investment arm of the IMC Group, and also serves as a co-investment partner of SEEDS Capital under Startup SG Equity.
