Hawkstone Brewery, based in Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire, England, produces premium lager, cider, vodka, and gin using locally sourced barley, notably from Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm. The family-owned microbrewery, which rebranded from Cotswolds Brewing Co. in May 2022, emphasizes British farming and sustainable brewing, selling its Hawkstone Lager (4.8% ABV) and other spirits directly to pubs, retailers, and consumers across the UK and internationally.
