Operating with 200 million euros in total financing commitments from private investors, the firm seeks to acquire significant minority equity stakes exceeding ten percent while securing active board representation. The firm's active investment portfolio features notable European biotech enterprises such as Tubulis, Novadip, and Ona Therapeutics, with Tubulis recently attracting co-investments from EQT Life Sciences and a major acquisition agreement from Gilead. Fund+ was founded in May 2015 by the Désiré Collen private foundation and Life Sciences Research Partners.
