F2 Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel, that invests primarily in seed-stage B2B enterprise software and deep-tech startups. The organization focuses its capital deployment across the artificial intelligence, cloud operations, cloud infrastructure, financial technology, big data, and cybersecurity sectors. Operating with fewer than 25 employees, the firm manages over $500 million in total assets and recently raised $250 million in 2022 across a $150 million third seed fund and a $100 million follow-on vehicle. In addition to direct equity investments, the firm operates a pre-seed accelerator program called The Junction to support early market validation. Its active investment portfolio consists of more than 30 companies, including notable enterprise technology startups such as Explorium, Justt, Parametrix, and Zero Networks. F2 Ventures was founded in 2016 by Jonathan Saacks and Barak Rabinowitz.
