The platform offered loan, property, and financial product benchmarks to bring transparency to asset monitoring, deal flow, and loan origination for institutional clients. Before ceasing operations in December 2019 following failed acquisition talks with Moody's, the firm reached a peak headcount of 76 employees and generated an estimated $17.7 million in annual revenue. The enterprise raised $29 million in total venture capital funding from prominent lead investors including Battery Ventures, Viola Ventures, Liberty Technology Venture Capital II, and OurCrowd. CrediFi was founded in 2014 by former Thomson Reuters executive Ely Razin.
