This venture arm emerged from Alliance for Impact, an organization founded in 2017 by Angelene Huang. Huang established the parent entity with a core insight into fostering significant societal impact. AFI Ventures extends this mission by nurturing early-stage companies dedicated to profound, scalable positive change.

AFI Ventures primarily serves seed and pre-seed impact entrepreneurs developing solutions for social and environmental challenges.
