Will Olsen

Will Olsen is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Engage Bio, an mRNA immunotherapy developer based in Santa Clara, California. He established the five-employee biotechnology startup in 2021 alongside co-founder Kathryn Kwant to engineer localized cancer treatments, and the company subsequently participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2022 batch. Prior to launching this venture, Olsen served as the Vice President of mRNA Therapeutic Development at Rejuvenation Technologies, a life sciences spinout originating from Stanford University. Earlier in his entrepreneurial career, he co-founded the diagnostic startup Luminist Labs in 2015. That company operated independently for four years before being acquired in 2019 and eventually integrated into the health technology firm Viome.
