Vincent Lim

Vincent Lim is a Partner at Play Ventures, an early-stage gaming venture capital firm, and is currently based in Singapore. Prior to joining Play Ventures, Lim spent several years at Garena, the digital entertainment arm of Sea Group, where he managed game publishing and operations across the Southeast Asian market. During his tenure in the gaming industry, he has evaluated and supported numerous mobile and PC gaming studios, contributing to the launch and scaling of multiple high-grossing titles. In his current capacity, Lim focuses on sourcing and executing seed and Series A investments in game developers, gaming infrastructure, and web3 entertainment startups globally. He actively collaborates with portfolio founders on core product strategy, monetization models, and user acquisition frameworks. Lim leverages his extensive operational background in the Asian gaming market to identify and scale emerging interactive entertainment companies.
