Travis Putnam

Travis Putnam is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Navitas Capital, a venture capital firm focused on technology startups in the real estate and construction industries. He established the firm in April 2009 and has spent over a decade directing investments into software and infrastructure solutions for legacy markets. Under his leadership, Navitas Capital recently led an $11 million Series A funding round for Paces, a renewable energy data platform. Through this and other transactions, Putnam frequently co-invests alongside established entities such as Y Combinator, Resolute Ventures, and Soma Capital. Prior to launching Navitas, he gained early financial experience working as an investment professional at Murphy & Associates Capital from January 2002 to November 2004. Putnam currently focuses on supporting early-stage founders with go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition within the clean energy and built environment sectors.
