Tony Lyons

Tony Lyons is the Managing Director of Investor Development at BioVentures Investors, based in Massachusetts. He brings over 30 years of capital markets experience to the firm, which he joined in 2017 to lead fundraising efforts for its medtech and healthcare portfolios. Prior to his current role, Lyons served as a Director at Harch Capital Management Group, a founding Managing Partner at BayMount Capital Resources, and a banker at Dean Witter Reynolds. At BioVentures Investors, he has supported the capitalization of multiple investment vehicles, including the MedTech Growth Capital fund that closed in November 2022, contributing to the firm's portfolio of over 40 investments. An alumnus of the University of Massachusetts and an advisory board member for the Concussion Legacy Foundation, Lyons focuses on securing capital for early-stage medical device, diagnostic, and biotechnology enterprises.
