Todor Breshkov

Todor Breshkov is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of LAUNCHub Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Before establishing the firm, he worked extensively as an investment banker specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and telecommunications. He currently oversees investments from LAUNCHub's €74 million third fund, targeting pre-seed and seed technology startups across the Central and Southeastern European regions. Under his leadership, the firm has backed notable companies such as FintechOS, Quantive, and Giraffe360, with seventy-five percent of portfolio companies securing more than €400 million in total follow-on funding. Outside of his primary investment activities, he joined the board of directors for the educational nonprofit Teach for Bulgaria in 2023. His current focus remains on scaling regional enterprise software, financial technology, and artificial intelligence ventures into global markets.
