Simon Tobelem

Simon Tobelem is the Founding Partner at ABRA Ventures and Chairman at REALIS Finance, based in London, United Kingdom. Previously, he served as the Managing Partner at HighGrade Ventures, recognized as the first pure-play edtech micro-VC in the UK, and was the founding partner and CEO of ARIE Capital, a deep tech fund operating across the UK, Israel, and China. Tobelem has held numerous board positions, including active directorships at 1A1Z LIMITED since March 2018 and the British Friends of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem since September 2015. He also served as a director at Peratech Holdco Ltd until his resignation in July 2023 and has managed fully vested funds that received coverage in the Financial Times and Forbes. His current professional focus remains on early-stage venture capital investments, specializing primarily in the deep tech sector.
