Simon Menashy

Simon Menashy is a Partner at MMC Ventures based in London, UK, where he co-leads the investment team and serves on the firm's Investment Committee. Since joining the early-stage venture capital firm in 2011, he has executed nearly 150 transactions across more than 60 portfolio companies over the past decade. His investment track record includes leading funding rounds for technology startups such as Ably, Signal AI, and Senseye, while also backing platforms like Masabi and MUBI. Before entering venture capital, Menashy worked in technology and media strategy consulting at Deloitte, advising major corporate clients including the BBC, BT, and Virgin Media. He previously founded an independent IT consulting business and holds a university degree in Physics and Space Research. Today, his primary investment focus centers on early-stage artificial intelligence startups, data infrastructure pipelines, and enterprise software applications.
