Shraman Kar

Shraman Kar is the Co-Founder of Golpo, a storytelling platform powered by artificial intelligence, and is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. He established the consumer technology startup during the 2024 to 2025 timeframe to develop software solutions specifically focused on personalized narrative generation and digital content creation. Under his executive leadership, Golpo successfully secured early stage institutional backing from Y Combinator and subsequently participated in the prominent accelerator program's Summer 2025 startup cohort. Prior to launching his current entrepreneurial enterprise, Kar completed his formal academic education at Stanford University, where he graduated with a degree in Computer Science and developed his foundational technical expertise in software engineering. His professional focus remains strictly centered on leveraging advanced artificial intelligence models to build scalable consumer applications within the automated storytelling and digital media sectors.
