Scott Ukrop

Scott Ukrop is the Director of Business Development at New Richmond Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Richmond, Virginia. In this capacity, he is responsible for expanding the firm's investor network and originating new investment opportunities that align with its strategic criteria. Prior to joining New Richmond Ventures, he served as the Director of Business Development at The Fahrenheit Group, a regional business advisory firm, and oversaw marketing and client advocacy initiatives at 3north Architects. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Category Management at his family's retail enterprise, Ukrop's Super Markets Inc., and successfully co-founded a residential design and construction company. His professional background combines extensive operational experience in the retail, design, and architecture sectors with a current focus on early-stage venture capital deal origination.
