Scott Hatch

Scott Hatch is the Co-founder of Resolute Ventures and a Senior Advisor for the government relations team at Blank Rome. He began his career in federal politics as a senior leadership staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he operated as the chief floor assistant to the House Majority Whip. Hatch subsequently served as the Executive Director of the National Republican Congressional Committee, becoming the youngest individual to hold that executive title. Transitioning into global advocacy and strategic consulting, he worked as the lead strategist for Bono's ONE Campaign and successfully facilitated bipartisan legislative agreements to secure critical funding for the PEPFAR initiative. Previously recognized by Roll Call as one of the fifty most influential staffers in Washington, Hatch currently focuses on structuring specialized venture transactions and designing issue advocacy strategies across the technology, healthcare, and philanthropic sectors.
