Sandro Stark

Sandro Stark is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Vanagon Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Munich, Germany. Through this investment vehicle, he allocates capital toward frontier technology startups that are developing digital solutions to address global climate change and biodiversity challenges across the DACH region and the broader European market. Prior to establishing his own venture capital firm, Stark served as an Industry Executive at Microsoft, where he guided corporate technology initiatives and enterprise-level digital transformation strategies for major clients. Before his tenure at Microsoft, he held the position of Global Innovation Lead at Allianz, managing corporate innovation programs and evaluating emerging technological trends within the multinational insurance and financial services sector. Today, Stark focuses on bridging the gap between corporate innovation and early-stage venture capital by backing founders who build scalable environmental technologies.
