Ryan Weber

Ryan Weber is the Founder and Managing Partner of Great North Ventures, an early-stage venture capital investment firm. Alongside his twin brother and co-founder Robert Weber, he began building internet businesses during his college years before successfully bootstrapping a dot-com startup into a prominent mobile advertising technology company. Following the strategic acquisition of their mobile ad tech enterprise in 2016, the brothers officially launched Great North Ventures in 2017 to back emerging technology founders. Operating with an experienced founder's perspective, the firm has subsequently raised multiple early-stage venture funds and partnered with dozens of startups, establishing a strong reputation for providing data-driven execution support across its portfolio. Weber currently directs his primary investment focus toward vertical artificial intelligence for industry-specific automation and embedded finance platforms that integrate payments and lending directly into existing software workflows.
