Ryan Schneider

Ryan Schneider is the Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Anywhere Real Estate Incorporated, having assumed the top leadership role in late 2017. Previously, he spent nearly 15 years in senior leadership roles at Capital One Financial Corporation, including serving as President of the Card division from 2007 to 2016. In this capacity, he managed a staff of more than 10,000 employees while overseeing consumer and small business credit card operations across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Before joining Capital One, Schneider was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in financial services, consumer credit, and insurance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College and a doctorate in Economics from Yale University, underpinning his extensive expertise in scaling large consumer finance and real estate technology operations.
