Roger Blott

Roger Blott is a Partner and Co-Founder at Fil Rouge Capital, where he focuses on investing in early-stage technology companies. Over a 30-year career in the telecommunications and manufacturing sectors, he has served in chief executive officer and regional leadership roles across the United States, Europe, Africa, and the Far East. As an early industry pioneer in global mobile telecommunications, Blott has managed and executed more than $2 billion in corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, debt issuances, company startups, and complex turnarounds. He holds a first-class honors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and previously served as a Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom. Today, his primary investment focus spans the SaaS, financial technology, media, and sustainability sectors, leveraging his extensive operational background to actively mentor emerging entrepreneurs.
