Roberto Grosman is the Managing Partner at 2W Investments, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel. In this role, he leads seed and Series A investments across the fintech, cybersecurity, and enterprise software sectors, recently spearheading a $50 million fundraise in 2024 to target Israeli technology startups. Prior to his current position, Grosman served as a Partner at Genesis Partners and held various other fund investment roles, building a portfolio of more than 20 companies. His investment track record includes backing prominent technology firms such as Rapyd and Riskified, the latter of which completed its initial public offering in 2021, and he holds an MBA from IDC Herzliya. Today, Grosman maintains a primary focus on bridging institutional capital and entrepreneurship to support high-growth technology founders operating within the broader Israeli market.
