Robert Kraal is a fintech entrepreneur, investor, and the co-founder of Silverflow, a cloud-native payments platform launched in 2019. Originally trained in geophysics, he transitioned into the financial technology sector at Bibit, gaining foundational experience in internet-scale transactions before the company was acquired by Worldpay. At Worldpay, Kraal directed account management operations for major international merchants, later leaving to oversee regional commerce and payment initiatives at Google. He subsequently joined Adyen as Chief Operating Officer in 2010, where he built and scaled the company's global acquiring and processing services across international markets. Drawing upon his executive experience at these major technology firms, Kraal established his own venture to address inefficiencies in traditional financial networks. His current focus centers on modernizing legacy payment infrastructure and deploying advanced cloud-native processing solutions for the global fintech industry.
