Ray Cheng

Ray Cheng is a New York-based Managing Partner at Millennium New Horizons, where he directs venture and growth-stage investments across various emerging technology sectors. In this capacity, he has executed 21 investments to date, building a diverse portfolio that includes prominent technology companies such as Mistral AI, CoreWeave, Deep Instinct, and Joby Aviation. Previously, Cheng served as a venture capitalist at Rho Ventures, where his investment portfolio featured early stakes in ChargePoint and OMGPOP prior to its acquisition by Zynga. Additionally, he acted as a founding advisor to Komodo Health and earned dual bachelor's degrees in economics and electrical systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and its Wharton School. His current focus remains firmly centered on identifying and funding scalable artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and sustainable mobility platforms across the broader global technology landscape.
