Pierre Bourdon

Pierre Bourdon is the Managing Partner of ekz.bibliotheksservice GmbH and Managing Director of the ekz Group, a library services enterprise. Previously, he served as a Vice President and Investor at Picus Capital in Munich, where he focused on early-stage technology investments across the DACH region. Before transitioning into venture capital and private equity, Bourdon built his financial expertise by working at the global investment bank Morgan Stanley. Throughout his investment career, he has specialized in evaluating digital business models and climate tech, while actively supporting portfolio startups and scale-ups with their sales, marketing, and product management strategies. In November 2023, he was featured on Startup Insider to discuss venture developments and exits involving companies like Safi. Today, his primary focus centers on leading digital transformation initiatives and executing technology-driven growth strategies within the library services sector.
