Peter Wallach

Peter Wallach is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Synapticure Inc., a specialized teleneurology platform based in Chicago, Illinois. Before establishing the healthcare startup in 2019, he developed his corporate strategy expertise working as a management consultant at Bain & Company. He launched the telemedicine enterprise alongside his brother, Brian Wallach, following Brian's amyotrophic lateral sclerosis diagnosis, aiming to build a comprehensive care model for patients facing severe neurodegenerative conditions. Under his financial leadership, the company successfully participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2020 batch, secured backing from leading life sciences venture funds, and subsequently expanded its operations to employ a team of 115 people. Wallach currently focuses on scaling the platform's remote health infrastructure, integrating genetic testing and daily monitoring tools to advance personalized medicine for individuals managing ALS, Parkinson's disease, and frontotemporal dementia.
