Peter Mintun

Peter Mintun is an Associate at ARCH Venture Partners based in the Silicon Valley area. He joined the firm in 2021 to focus on early-stage venture investing across the life sciences and advanced technologies sectors, and currently serves as a Board Observer at Quantum Circuits, Inc. Prior to his venture capital career, he co-founded Nucleos, an education technology startup focused on criminal justice learners. Mintun earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 2014 before joining the first graduate student cohort at the University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering. As a physical scientist, his academic research in quantum technologies and materials science has been published in several prominent peer-reviewed scientific journals. His current focus centers on leveraging his extensive technical expertise in molecular engineering and optics to evaluate emerging deep technology investments.
