Pete Moore is the Founder and Managing Partner of Integrity Square, a boutique financial advisory firm focused on the health, active lifestyle, and outdoor sectors. Since establishing the firm in 2010, he has overseen more than 100 mergers, acquisitions, and private placement deals within this $4.7 trillion market. Previously, Moore served as Head of the Active Lifestyle and Wellness Group at Sagent Advisors and worked as a Senior Associate at Brockway Moran & Partners, where he was involved with portfolio company Gold’s Gym. He holds a bachelor's degree from Emory University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he co-founded IRON PLANET, a platform later acquired by Ritchie Bros. for $758 million. Moore currently focuses on advancing the fitness technology and wellness industries through strategic advisory services and personal investments in emerging companies.
