Paul Moore

Paul Moore is the Director of Special Projects and an Investor at Baroda Ventures. Since joining the firm in 2001, he has worked alongside Managing Partner Peter Lee and investor David Bohnett to support venture capital operations and deal execution. His responsibilities span the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, market analysis, comprehensive due diligence, and final deal closing. Beyond initial financial transactions, he provides ongoing operational support to various portfolio companies across the broader venture capital and private equity sectors. Moore earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, cum laude, from California State University, Northridge, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he was a BSEL Fellow. His professional background remains focused on executing strategic investments and driving operational efficiency within multiple venture-backed enterprises.
