Patrick Duffy

Patrick Duffy is the President and Managing Partner at M-One Capital, a growth equity firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. Since joining the firm, formerly known as McCarthy Capital, in 2007, he has overseen resource allocation, investment origination, and portfolio management while chairing both the Investment and Executive Committees. Duffy directs the firm's strategy of securing substantial minority stakes in scaling businesses, typically targeting investments ranging from $10 million to $50 million. He currently serves on the board of directors for several notable portfolio companies, including Spreetail, BiggerPockets, and Scooter’s Coffee, which recently completed a financing transaction in 2025. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and transactions, Duffy focuses his current efforts on supporting executive management teams across a broader portfolio that features established brands like Omaha Steaks and Guild Mortgage.
