Patrick Arippol is a Brazil-based venture capitalist currently serving as a Venture Partner at DGF Investimentos and a Co-founder and Partner at Alexia Ventures. Before transitioning to venture capital, he utilized his engineering background to found the health startup PlanetaVida and the fintech company Prosper Services. After returning from Silicon Valley in 2010, he joined DGF Investimentos to lead early-stage deals, notably backing RD Station before its R$1.8 billion acquisition by Totvs. Alongside Wolff Klabin, he launched Alexia Ventures in 2020, raising $80 million toward a $100 million target to back regional technology startups. The fund has executed at least 14 investments to date, securing equity stakes in emerging software platforms like Logcomex and HeroSpark. His current investment strategy focuses exclusively on early-stage enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and data-driven business models across Latin America.
