Pascal Cagni

Pascal Cagni is the General Partner at C4 Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in London, United Kingdom. Before transitioning to venture capital, he served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Apple Europe, Middle East, and Africa from 2009 to 2012, following executive leadership roles at Yahoo! and L'Oréal. At C4 Ventures, Cagni oversees more than €200 million in assets under management across a portfolio of over 30 companies, which includes the 2021 initial public offering of cybersecurity firm Darktrace. In 2024, his firm successfully raised a new €125 million fund dedicated to scaling emerging technologies across the broader European technology and startup ecosystem. Equipped with a Master of Business Administration from HEC Paris, Cagni currently focuses his investments on advancing deep tech, enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and climate tech startups.
