Nidhi Mathur is currently a Venture Partner at Axilor Ventures, where she focuses on incubating early stage concepts and scaling businesses through the firm's Axilor Labs initiative. Prior to transitioning into venture capital, she co-founded Niramai, a healthcare technology startup that utilizes artificial intelligence to develop noninvasive breast cancer screening solutions. Before her entrepreneurial ventures, Mathur spent significant time working within corporate research laboratories and enterprise incubation offices, designing new business models and technology products specifically tailored for emerging markets. She earned her graduate degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, an institution where she specialized in marketing and corporate strategy. Her professional background centers on bridging critical gaps in healthcare affordability and accessibility by bringing radical, novel technologies to market and building commercial acceptance for complex artificial intelligence applications across the medical sector.
