Nicolas Berman

Nicolas Berman currently serves as a Partner at Kaszek Ventures, where he focuses on directing early-stage technology investments across the Latin American market. Prior to joining the venture capital firm, he spent 13 years in executive roles at MercadoLibre, the largest e-commerce and digital payments ecosystem in the region. During his tenure at the publicly traded company, he served in multiple leadership capacities, including Vice President of Advertising and Vice President of Marketing. In these positions, he helped scale the platform's user base and drive regional revenue growth before transitioning to institutional investing. He earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires and remains actively involved in mentoring emerging founders. Berman now leverages his deep operational background to identify, fund, and advise high-growth technology startups navigating the Latin American digital landscape.
