Nick Bunick

Oregon native Nick Bunick currently serves as a Partner at NewView Capital, where he leads venture capital investments in high-growth enterprise software companies. He specializes in the software-as-a-service, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity sectors, directing capital into prominent technology startups such as CloudWalk, Huntress, and Verkada. Prior to joining NewView Capital, Bunick worked in corporate mergers and acquisitions at Qatalyst Partners, where he advised on major technology transactions including Hortonworks’ $5.2 billion merger with Cloudera and Broadcom’s $117 billion acquisition bid for Qualcomm. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a minor in Accountancy from the University of San Diego, where he graduated summa cum laude. Recently recognized in the Venture Capital Journal's Rising Stars list, Bunick remains focused on identifying, funding, and scaling transformative enterprise software and infrastructure platforms.
