Mina Samaan

Mina Samaan is a General Partner at MMC Ventures based in London, United Kingdom. Before joining the firm in 2017, he worked at Lazard advising on equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Samaan served as an aerodynamics engineer for the Williams Formula 1 team, where he focused on race car design, control software, and testing. In his current role, he targets Seed and Series A investments across enterprise software, software infrastructure, and artificial intelligence, leading funding rounds for companies such as Synthesia, Red Sift, and C Two. He was appointed as an LLP Member at MMC Ventures Partners LLP in February 2024 and as a Director at MMC Ventures Limited in April 2025. Samaan utilizes his dual background in engineering and finance to back technical founders developing deep-tech and AI-led businesses.
