Mike Duboe

Mike Duboe is a General Partner at Greylock Partners, where he focuses on consumer technology investments. Before transitioning to venture capital, he built an extensive career as a consumer technology operator with a distinct specialization in developing growth systems for accelerating company learning. He previously served as the Head of Growth at Stitch Fix, where he scaled the customer base and guided the apparel retailer through its successful initial public offering. Additionally, he held key leadership roles at the payments startup Tilt prior to its eventual acquisition by Airbnb. Earlier in his professional career, he worked in strategy and management consulting at Bain & Company, providing a strong analytical foundation in data-driven operational scaling. Currently, his primary investment focus centers on partnering with early-stage founders to build innovative commerce, marketplace, and consumer technology companies.
