Mike Buckley is the Managing Partner at The Cannon Beach Capital Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Cannon Beach, Oregon. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. Before transitioning to venture capital, Buckley held various executive leadership and advisory roles across the financial technology sector, working with prominent industry players such as Stripe and Plaid. As an active angel investor and operator, he has built a portfolio of more than 10 early-stage companies with multiple successful market exits, and he recently launched a new AI-focused fintech fund in the first quarter of 2025. Buckley currently focuses on bridging Silicon Valley innovation with global markets by advising enterprise software and B2B SaaS startups on long-term scaling and growth strategies.
