Michael Tefula

Michael Tefula is the Principal and Head of Product at Ada Ventures, where he focuses on pre-seed venture capital investments. With nearly a decade of experience as an institutional investor and an angel investor for over six years, he previously served as a startup Chief Financial Officer. Operating as a self-taught developer, Tefula engages deeply with technical founders on product scaling and recently authored the firm's investment thesis for the brain-inspired robot intelligence startup Base8. He also manages the VC Mastery publication on Substack, which reaches hundreds of subscribers, and recently completed a twenty-one-day JavaScript challenge by building a custom to-do application.
