Michael Dubilier

Michael J. Dubilier is the Partner and Vice Chairman at 10T Holdings, where he oversees institutional fundraising and direct investment activities, recently helping raise approximately $750 million for the firm's inaugural funds. Previously, he founded Dubilier & Co. in 1994, directing more than 30 private equity investments across the industrial, consumer, and technology sectors over his 30-year career. His earlier career includes executing corporate acquisitions at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice from 1989 to 1994 and serving as a corporate finance partner specializing in utilities, energy, and telecom at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of International Management and previously served as Vice Chair of the Connecticut College Endowment. Recognized as a thought leader in direct investing, Dubilier has lectured extensively on private equity at prestigious institutions including Harvard and UC Berkeley.
