Melissa Beight

Melissa Beight is currently a Principal at Altai Ventures, where she focuses on business transformation and strategic advising for early-stage and established companies. Prior to her current role, she served as a Senior Manager at Vivaldi, managing B2B and B2C clients while assisting startups with minimum viable product definition and platform strategy. She previously directed user research, product strategy, and design thinking initiatives at Motivate Design. Throughout her career, Beight has collaborated with prominent organizations including First Republic Bank, Capital One, Cox Automotive, and CapIntel. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design and serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Innovation, where she co-founded the WIN Awards. Her professional focus centers on go-to-market transformation, product development, and user research across the financial services and technology sectors.
