Max Simkoff is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Doma, a real estate technology company he established in October 2016 to digitize the traditional homebuying process. Prior to launching Doma, he was the driving force behind Evolv, Inc., where he founded and scaled a predictive analytics software enterprise that was subsequently acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand. Following this corporate acquisition, Simkoff transitioned to serve as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Cornerstone OnDemand, integrating his technology into their broader software platform. In addition to his primary executive responsibilities over the past seven years, he has served on the board of directors for the Jewish Vocational Service since July 2023. Simkoff’s current focus remains on leveraging predictive analytics and software development to modernize legacy infrastructure and improve operational efficiency within the real estate transaction sector.
