Mark Lee is the founder and CEO of MarqVision, an AI-powered brand protection platform based in Los Angeles, California. Before launching the Y Combinator-backed startup, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and served as Head of Product at the fintech company HonestFund. Lee pivoted to entrepreneurship while earning his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, recognizing the scale of the global counterfeiting crisis. Under his leadership, MarqVision has grown to serve over 350 enterprise clients, including LVMH and Miele, utilizing computer vision to detect intellectual property theft across more than 1,500 platforms. The company recently secured $48 million in a 2025 funding round led by Peak XV Partners to accelerate its technological innovation. His current focus centers on scaling AI-driven enforcement solutions to protect global brands across the e-commerce, fashion, and pharmaceutical sectors.
